Nintendo gives very few keys compared to the competition. As such, these are reserved to review sites/channels dedicated to Switch.
If you don't have any other platform and really need a Switch key, you can get a Japan / Hong Kong / Korea / Australia key. You will only need to create an account for the corresponding region if you don't have one. The game is identical in all regions.
